Compliance is an important component of corporate responsibility. Through compliance measures, such as regular training, we ensure that all our employees act in accordance with the rules. In addition, the compliance values are exemplified by the company's management and are therefore actively promoted within the company.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Group's Code of Conduct forms the basis for our actions and serves as a guideline for all employees. It describes the principles that we adhere to in our daily dealings with each other, customers and business partners.
On this basis, HTR, as part of the Semperit Group, is committed to clear, binding principles in all areas of our business activities as a responsible, sustainable company.
We consider information on (potential) compliance violations to be very valuable. The Semperit hotline (the "SemperLine") is always available to you if you are unable to discuss your concerns in person. This special communication platform is operated by an external partner and guarantees secure and confidential handling of the information you provide.
