Wear protection through nitrided components
Nitriding is the only hardening process in which there is no process-related distortion of the component.
It is therefore particularly suitable for the surface treatment of Erema components such as filter housings and feed cylinders, which reliably fulfil their task in plastics recycling plants worldwide. Nitriding gives the components improved corrosion protection as well as high wear and vibration resistance. As a result, they can withstand even the heaviest loads. No post-processing is required.
